Frequent visits to India, and a close relationship with suppliers since over fifteen years, mean there is a regular replenishment of fascinating and beautiful objects.

They might be as small as wooden jali panels and toda or as large as the façade of a building. And in a land where the art of hand crafting is still feasible, whatever can not be found, can be made.

Many stone carvings are not permitted for export, as they are, quite rightly, protected by law, but they can be copied, and as the skills, materials and tools have not changed in hundreds of years, the result is very similar. I have been commissioning stone sculptures since many years and have not experienced any damage due to the freezing winters, indeed the extreme seasons here, especially exposed to country air, speed up the ageing appearance.

The available stock is for sale 'as is', or restored, or adapted / fitted. Client's choice. Alternatively, if I do not have what you want, there's a good chance I can source it.
